Overall a great experience. Very speedy from an online enquiry to getting a call, and getting a viewing booked in. Gave as much information as possible about the property. The viewing on the day was done professionally bearing in mind all COVID restrictions. The online referencing tool that also helps track and process all the other paperwork is great. A little lag on getting the final confirmation which left things a little tight but that was mostly my own fault for leaving things late! Julia and the team were wonderful and friendly throughout.
